Anita was eight years old when she received her first dollhouse for Christmas ~ a T. Cohn Tin Lithograph with plastic Renwal furniture. It was her all-time favorite toy... and still is. It was given away years ago, but she was able to locate one just like it on eBay and has been able to furnish it almost as it was when she was a child.
Anita discovered like-minded miniaturists when she read an ad in her local newspaper about a dollhouse club that was just starting up ~ The Inch by Inch Miniature Club of Annapolis ~ affiliated with the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts (NAME). From that point, her life has never been the same... but has been a wonderful adventure!

 | The 2010 MD State Day project will be a 1/2" scale carriage house. I've turned mine into a tribute to early aviation, with a bit of humor.
